ARTICLE ON WOMEN EMPOWERNMENT

Women should be deserve equal and same opportunity that men receives.  In jobs sector people compare each and everything.  Women empowerment refers to making women powerful to make deciding for themselves. People judge what she wear, where she goes, why she speak up and so on. If she doing by her heart wise things so other people started manipulate her and treated her as a non- exited person. Women do not gonna do anything by her wise, nobody listen and understand what she feel, people doesn’t except what she want. Almost everywhere women has not allow to perused higher and better education as like men.

In addition, we see domestic violence, sexual harassment with women and young girls and she suffers a lot of pressures from family, criminal and so on. This is the most major problem in all over India.  Men beat up their wife for dowry, if she wants to equality and freedom so family and husband manipulate and give stress and put pressure on her, that’s why she lost her confidence and dreams.

How we Empower Women?

There are various ways to empower women. The individuals and government must both come together to make it happen. Education for girls must be made compulsory because of better education women became illiterate to make a life for themselves. Women must be given equal opportunities in every fields, irrespective of gender. They must also be given equal pay. We can empower women by abolishing a child marriage. Various programs must be held where they can be taught skills to fend for themselves in case they face financial crises. Confidence is also help to fight with the situation. Most importantly, the shame of divorce and abuse must be thrown out of the window. Many women stay in abusive relationships because of the fear of society. Parents must teach their daughters it is okay to come home divorced rather than in a coffin.

                                                    Become a mentor

Good mentors are trustworthy, are great listeners, and understand how to give feedback in a way that inspires and doesn’t cut down the mentee. They also offer support in ways other than just an introduction. One example could be listening to a mentee practice a pitch aloud.
